Crown and Cushion
This delightfully authentic, 18th century, award winning public house with a la carte restaurant, situated as it is in the picturesque village of Welburn and almost in the shadow of Castle Howard, is an extremely popular hostelry and a focal point of the community. Oozing an atmosphere of the Yorkshire countryside, ‘the fox has left his lair’ and can now be seen, thanks to the taxidermist’s skill, in various poses around the premises

Saturday: 12:00 noon till close.
Sunday: 12:00 noon - 11:30pm.
